- Closed Session to Discuss Labor Negotiations Pursuant to Minnesota Statute
Section 471.705, Subd. 1a (1994) (Minnesota Open Meeting Law)
Archie D. Chelseth moved closing the open session of the meeting to discuss labor negotiations pursuant to Minnesota Statute Section 471.705, subd. 1a (1994) (Minnesota Open Meeting Law). Nellie Stone Johnson seconded. The motion was adopted unanimously.
Nancy Brataas moved adjourning the closed session of the Board of Trustees to go into open session. Nellie Stone Johnson seconded. The motion was adopted unanimously.
