06/18/03 - changes "MnSCU" to "Minnesota State Colleges and Universities", provides for reporting on an exception reporting basis

06/21/00 - Repeals carry-forward policies: Community College Board Policy V.01.02, Resources; Technical College Board Policy 3.1.1.8, Auxiliary Services (Fund 12) and Procedure 3.1.1.8; and State University Board Policy 6.8, Bookstore Management Policy.
