About this Program

The Forest Resources program provides graduates with an broad based knowledge of forest resource management. The program provides students with course work to understand the forest resource, the interactions of wildlife and ecological implication of managing a variety of forest outcomes. The Forest Resource core is conditionally accredited by the Society of American Foresters. Accreditation is an assurance that a program or institution meets established quality standards.
