Trustees Absent: Nancy Brataas, Nellie Stone Johnson, Gary Mohrenweiser, John Mulder
- Vice Chair Ulland called the meeting to order at 1:40 p.m.
Trustee Knudson moved to close the Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees to discuss a labor issue pursuant to Minnesota Statute ???471.705, subd. 1A (1994). Trustee Erickson seconded. The motion was approved unanimously. - Trustee Knudson moved to adjourn the closed session of the Board of Trustees and go into open session.
- Trustee Maxwell moved adjournment at 2:15 p.m. Trustee Fritsche seconded. The motion was approved unanimously.
