About this Program

The Master of Science in Elementary Education program is designed for elementary teachers to deepen their knowledge and skills in teaching across the scope of content areas. Students build a foundation in mathematics and literacy as core areas but may expand in other areas as well through their choice of electives. Additionally, students in the program develop skills in use of assessment, teacher research, and scholarly writing, allowing them to better meet the needs of their students and enhance their proficiency as professional educators.
