Academic Camps
Aviation Camp
Aviation Camp is a partnership between the National Center for Autonomous Technologies (NCAT) and SCTCC. Students have the exciting opportunity to explore the fundamentals of flight and aerospace technology through hands-on learning and practical activities. Participants will be introduced to topics such as drones and autonomous systems programming, giving them a glimpse into the future of aviation.

Culinary Camp
During this two day camp, campers will be introduced to common kitchen tools, make homemade pasta, sauce and bread, learn soup basics, and more! Campers will take a field trip to local commercial kitchen.

Maker's Camp
Campers will explore the manufacturing industry through engaging, hands-on activities in SCTCC's CNC and Advanced Machining, Mechanical Design Engineering Technology, Robotics & Industrial Controls, and Welding/Fabrication programs. They'll build a project to take home at the end of the week. Additionally, campers will get a chance to tour local manufacturing companies.

Scrubs Camp
Students will explore a variety of healthcare careers through hands-on sessions and activities facilitated by healthcare professionals and college faculty. Scrubs Camp is held on the SCTCC campus with field trips to CentraCare Health Plaza and SCSU.

STAR Camp
Campers will learn how robots and technology work by building robots for a game challenge, build their confidence with technical skills, and work in teams to develop life and employability skills. Additionally, campers will get a brief introduction to manufacturing and tour SCTCC Manufacturing lab space.

The Water Project Camp
Campers will learn about how clean, safe water is important to the health and well-being of communities and the environment. As well as, what it takes to keep our water clean and safe.

Campers will learn the names of commonly used tools, how to safely and correctly use tools, build their confidence with technical skills, and work in teams to develop life and employability skills.

Athletic Camps
Junior High Volleyball Camp
This 3 day camp will focus on fundamentals such as passing, serving, setting, approach, hitting, blocking, footwork, and ball control. We will also discuss being a great teammate, including body language, team communication and attitude.
