Call to Order
Chair Jim Luoma called the meeting to order at 2:38 p.m. and reported that a quorum was present.A motion was made by Trustee Antell, seconded by Trustee Dickson and carried for the Board of Trustees to meet in closed session to consider labor negotiations strategy.

Labor Negotiations Strategy
William Tschida, Vice Chancellor for Human Resources, reviewed labor negotiations strategy. Following the review, a motion was made by Trustee Dickson, seconded by Trustee Ijioma and carried to end the closed session. - Adjournment
Chair Luoma reconvened the Board of Trustees in open session and immediately adjourned the meeting by consensus at 3:30 p.m.
