Perkins V Resources
The Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins IV) remains in effect through June 30, 2019, with continued congressional funding. The Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V) were signed into law on July 31, 2018, by President Trump and will go into effect July 1, 2019.
