Healthcare Career Exploration Camp

Come join us for a fun filled two-day experience sponsored by Essentia Health, Central Lakes College, Sourcewell, and the Brainerd Chamber of Commerce. Day one at CLC features hands-on activities including blood draws, injections, Stop the Bleed, dental career activities and so much more. Day two takes place at St. Joseph’s Hospital, where students explore healthcare career pathways through additional hands-on experiences with those working in many Healthcare career pathways. Lunch will be provided both days. Participants must register by July 1, 2026.

Nitro-X

Nitro-X Summer Camp is a three-day, hands-on experience for middle school students to explore transportation careers. Hosted by Minnesota State Colleges and high schools, campers participate in technical sessions, build and customize RC cars in professional paint booths, and tour industry sites. Students develop teamwork and employability skills, culminating in an exciting final RC race—while gaining valuable exposure to high-demand transportation careers. This camp will take place in Brainerd, MN. Participants must register by May 1, 2026.
