Academic Camps 

College for Kids & Teens

College for Kids & Teens is a summer camp program for K-12 students. Expert instructors teach classes that will encourage exploration, adventure, and creativity while cultivating young people’s understanding and appreciation for a variety of topics. Students can keep learning throughout the summer with hands-on courses like Minecraft & Legorobotics, Video Game Design, Kids & Clay, 3D Printing, Radio Rebels, and 25+ more topics!

Scrubs Camp

Scrubs Camp is for high school students entering grades 10-12 in the fall of 2022 and wishing to explore careers in healthcare. It is a fun way to learn about a growing field, make new friends, and experience college life! 
The majority of the camp’s courses are held on Minnesota State University Moorhead’s campus and take part in a variety of activities related to healthcare. This program is co-sponsored by HealthForce MN.

Computer Science Camp

Computer science can be an exciting challenge! Whether you dream of becoming a Google engineer or hope to launch your own mobile game, it all begins with software development. This course will teach you the basic concepts and functionality of Java, a programming system used to create games, mobile apps, and much more. Students will experience hands-on programming exercises, group participation, and collaborative learning to develop their own.

Youth Choir Experience 

Does your child enjoy singing? Join us for a week of joyful music-making! Students will have a chance to make friends with other young musicians, play music games, develop their vocal music skills, and perform in a choir concert open to the community. Family and friends will be encouraged to join us in the audience! Inspired by the Kodály philosophies of music education, we believe that music is for all. All experience levels are invited.
