5/18/11 - Added course outlines to the title, updated the policy's purpose to define and govern dissemination of course syllabi and course outlines, and added Part 5 Course Outlines to policy.

6/19/02 - Adds Part 1. Purpose, Part 2. Definitions and Part 4. Dissemination to College or University Administration

7/01/98 - repealed Technical College Carry-Over Policy 2.3.7.0 Course Standards.
