11/16/11 - Effective 1/1/12, the Board of Trustees amends all board policies to change the term "Office of the Chancellor" to "system office," and to make necessary related grammatical changes.
09/20/06 - technical change intended to align the definition of graduate assistant more closely with the definition used by the Internal Revenue Service.
01/16/02 - Amends Part 1 to eliminate specific references to regulations found in state and federal work study programs and states that work study employment must conform to all applicable regulations. Throughout the policy, additional revisions update titles and terminology.
07/21/99 - Made changes to definitions in Part 1, Added a section on Unclassified Student Workers in Part 2
