ST. PAUL, Minn., July 30, 2014 – Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Chancellor Steven Rosenstone is pleased to confirm that MnSCU and the Inter Faculty Organization (IFO) reached a tentative settlement agreement yesterday. Rosenstone would like to thank IFO President Jim Grabowska and his negotiating team for their efforts, and looks forward to partnering to implement our joint vision for serving our students.
The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities include 24 two-year community, technical, and comprehensive colleges and seven state universities serving more than 430,000 students. It is the fifth-largest higher education system of its kind in the United States.
