Career Pathways with 3M and Saint Paul Public Schools

Get your start at the 3M Advanced Training Center!

Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) students enrolled through the district's Career Pathways program have access to college coursework at the 3M Advanced Training Center located on the Saint Paul College campus.

With this special program, students can complete college coursework that aligns with career certifications and programs offered by colleges and universities in the Minnesota State system. Classes are held in the afternoons at the 3M Advanced Training Center and various other locations.

Students enrolling in these college courses are getting a jump start on earning a post-secondary degree and launching their career.

Courses help you develop the academic, technical, and employability skills, to gain the real-world experience needed for in-demand jobs.
