Ordering eCards and Paying Biannual Membership Dues

eCards are purchased via rSchoolToday (rST). This system is separate from Atlas and the MRTCdb, so if you don’t have an rST account, you will need to set one up. 

rST Account Setup

  • Open rST
  • At the top right, select "My Account"
  • Select "Create New Account"

If you will be purchasing cards for yourself, you should set up an "individual" account.

If you are part of an organization that will be purchasing cards for you, you should set up an "organizational" account. Organizational accounts may have multiple users. (If you are not sure if your organization already has an rST account, please contact Judith Mitchell.) 

Individual Account

  • Complete all of the required information and your email address. You can skip the other sections as those do not apply to MRTC purchases.
  • Uncheck the box by "Marketing Preference"
  • On the next page, check the box "Student/Participant is also the Payer" to autofill your information

Organizational Account

  • Complete the required information for the Organization Profile
  • Complete the required information for yourself as an "Organization Contact"
  • Enter your personal information again in the required fields as the "Participant"


Create your own username and password. Please pay close attention to the listed password requirements or you won't complete your account setup.

Purchasing

  • Select "taxable" or "tax exempt" *
  • Select the category of eCard you wish to purchase
  • Find the item you wish to purchase and click on "Add to Cart" (Note: Many of the eCards have similar names. Please pay close attention to which one you’re selecting. If you do make an error, contact Judith Mitchell to get it corrected.)
  • Click on "View Cart" at the top right
  • Most of the eCards are available in packages of 1, 10, or 100. (There is no price discount for larger packages.) Click on "Select Option" and pick the package size you want
  • In the "Qty" box at the left, select the quantity of that package you wish to purchase (example: for 20 eCards, select the 10-eCard option, and enter a quantity of 2)
  • If you wish to purchase more eCards, click on "Back to Catalog." Otherwise, select "Check Out"
  • Important! On the next page:
     
    • If you are purchasing eCards and want them to go in an Atlas account other than your own (i.e. another instructor or a training site), enter the name in the box. If you want the cards to be distributed to multiple people/sites, you can also enter that request
    • If you are paying membership dues for someone other than yourself, enter their name(s) and email address(es) in the box
    • If the eCards do happen to get assigned to the wrong account, please contact Judith Mitchell.
  • Finish checking out


Once you have completed your purchase, a notification email will be sent to MRTC staff. We will then add your eCards to your Atlas account within two working days. If there is any error in the eCards you receive, please contact Judith Mitchell.

If you are paying your biannual membership dues, the payment date will be noted in your MRTC instructor database account.

* Taxes only apply if you are located in Minnesota or Wisconsin. If you are in another state, you can select the “Tax Exempt” option
