SECOND THURSDAY: A WEBINAR SERIES
The Office of General Counsel is pleased to announce a new series of one hour Zoom based legal seminars available to campus administrators, faculty and staff at no charge. The seminars will be offered on the second Thursday of each month during the academic year at 10:00 a.m. and will highlight a legal issue affecting campuses. College, university and system office employees may participate, with supervisory approval. Please join us!

In follow-up to the February 2026 Webinar regarding AI, Assistant General Counsel Melitta Drechsler will provide a deep dive into the AI clause in the Minnesota State Software Contract Addendum. Melitta will discuss that provision in detail and what campuses must consider regarding AI when contracting with software vendors.
