How to Engage
Recognized Certifications
- State of Minnesota – Department of Administration
- City of Saint Paul Central (CERT) Program
- North Central Minority Supplier Development Council
- Women’s Business Development Center
Program Requirements
To qualify for the Supplier Diversity program, your business must:
- Complete the Supplier Diversity Inclusion Form
- Be at least 51% owned, operated, and controlled by women and/or minorities on a daily basis
- Be certified by at least one of:
- State of Minnesota – Department of Administration
- City of Saint Paul Central (CERT) Program
- North Central Minority Supplier Development Council (NCMSDC)
- Women’s Business Development Center (WBENC)
- Submit a copy of your certification along with the form
