Starting in 2028–2029, Minnesota State will use Workday Student—a modern, mobile, and easy-to-use system that brings your key tasks into one place. From applying to a program to registering for classes, checking financial aid, paying your bill, and tracking your progress to graduation, you’ll be able to do it all anytime, anywhere.

What You’ll Do in Workday

• Apply and Get Admitted
  Start and submit applications, upload documents, and track your status—from your phone or laptop
• Register and Plan Your Path to Graduation
  Use your Student Dashboard to see degree requirements, plan courses, and register directly from your academic plan
• Financial Aid
  View your aid offer, track what’s needed, and see when funds disburse
• Pay Your Bill and Manage Your Account
  See charges and set up payment plans or pay your bill
• Advising & Support
  Message your advisor and schedule appointments plus follow action items that keep you on track
• Stay in the Loop
  Review notifications (email/text alerts) when you have something to review, approve, or submit

Timeline at a Glance

Workday Student replaces eServices and will launch in phases between Fall 2028 and Fall 2029. Your campus will share exact dates and what to do when it’s your turn to transition. You’ll receive plenty of heads-up, training links, and reminders.
